INSTRUCTIONS 1 - REGULATIONS
1.1 How the Notice of Race paragraph 2.
In case of conflict outweigh the notice and the sailing instructions.
2 - REGISTRATION
Please refer to section 3 of the "Notice of Race."
3 - NOTICES TO COMPETITORS
The notices will be posted on the committee boat to be recognized by LNI pennant and Fiv.
4 - CHANGES TO SAILING INSTRUCTIONS
Any change to the sailing instructions will be posted by 13.00 on the day on which they take effect.
5 - SIGNALS
signals with flags of the CI will be displayed on the tree the committee boat.
will display the letter "LIMA" IC accompanied, if possible, by a sound.
6 - Programs and paths
6.1 The description of routes and the buoys are set out in Annex "A".
7 - TIME LIMIT
7.1 The time limit set to expire at 18.30. All yachts will be classified arriving before that time. After this time the boats will be considered "arrived" (DNF).
7.2 A partial amendment of reg. 35 RRSS time limit, in the event of delayed departure of that delay will be delayed beyond its scheduled time of departure.
8 - teeing
8.1 The starting area will be located in an area near the harbor of Cala Reale.
8.2 The starting line will be the joining between the buoy and the rod with the orange flag displayed on the committee boat.
9 - ARRIVAL
9.1 The finish line will always be between the orange buoy and the orange flag placed on the committee boat that will display the blue flag in the manner described in Annex "B" ..
10 - START PROCEDURE
10.1 - SWUNG warning letter "F" (Foxtrot) minutes -05.00
- Preparatory SWUNG letter "I", or "P" or "Z" Black or minutes -04.00
- Lowering minutes -01.00
last minute - leaving Lowering Foxtrot minutes 00.00
10.2 A yacht must start within four minutes after the starting signal.
10.3 and 'right of C. R. report all raised with a prolonged sound of the trumpet and repeating signals via VHF radio on channel 74. The lack of communication will not be required repair.
11 - Call
11.1 The individual calls will be reported in accordance with Rule 29.2 of the Rules of ISAF.
11.2 In the event of a general recall will apply the rule 29.3.
12 - BOAT COMMITTEE
The committee boat will be marked by the Navy League pennant, the IVF and the orange flag.
13 - BOA Disengagement
E 'power of the Race Committee to set up, in the case of coastal path, a corridor of orange buoy in the wind from left to starboard when the committee boat will be hoisted the green flag will be hoisted and left if the red flag.

PROTESTS Protests must be submitted on forms available at the Secretary of the Navy League and presented within one hour after the yacht Protestant fee € 25.00. To protest the measurement must be added the cost of the measurer.
14.2 The flag of protest, as required by ISAF regulations, must be the letter 'B' of the CI and hoisted on the backstay. In the event of a protest yacht must give notice of the test upon arrival at the CoR on pain of not accepting the same.
15 - SCORES
will become effective the system of minimum score, envisaged in the 'Appendix A regatta.

RANKINGS The rankings will be established as required by the Notice of Race.

RADIO 17.1 Each boat shall have on board the VHF equipment in perfect working order with the channels 16 and 74
17.2 The regatta is the official channel to channel 74.
17.3 And 'forbidden to make radio broadcasts during the yacht race, with the exception of emergency calls, as well as receive special instructions other than those provided for all participants.
18 - WITHDRAWALS
A yacht that retires shall notify, as soon as possible to the CoR on Ch 74.
20 - OBLIGATIONS
Since the race takes place in a marine protected area all boats entered must not exceed the limits of navigation of the areas "A" of the total environmental protection. Any infringement will be recognized by the Maritime and personal will. The CO is not liable for those infringements.
20 - MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL OF TONNAGE
The Organizing Committee and Race Committee may request the control of size, at their sole discretion, as required by Federal Regulations for offshore sailing.
21 - NOTES
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes to the Sailing Instructions. Any changes will be announced through press releases posted in the appropriate bulletin board at the Naval League.
22 - RIGHTS AND TELEVISION CAMERAS
Competitors, owners and their guests give full right and permission to the Organizing Committee to publish and / or transmitted by any means, any photograph or film people and boats during the event, including commercials and anything that can be used for their own purposes or for editorial or advertising information.
