SAILING INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO GET INFORMATION

ROTARY CHARITY REGATTA


INSTRUCTIONS 1 - REGULATIONS
1.1 How the Notice of Race paragraph 2.

2 - REGISTRATION
Please refer to section 3 of the "Notice of Race."

3 - NOTICES TO COMPETITORS
The notices will be posted on the committee boat to be recognized by LNI pennant and Fiv.

4 - CHANGES TO SAILING INSTRUCTIONS
Any change to the sailing instructions will be posted by 13.00 on the day on which they take effect.

5 - SIGNALS

6 - Programs and paths
6.1 The description of routes and the buoys are set out in Annex "A".

7 - TIME LIMIT
7.1 The time limit set to expire at 18.30. All yachts will be classified arriving before that time. After this time the boats will be considered "arrived" (DNF).

8 - teeing

10.2 A yacht must start within four minutes after the starting signal.

20 - OBLIGATIONS

20 - MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL OF TONNAGE
The Organizing Committee and Race Committee may request the control of size, at their sole discretion, as required by Federal Regulations for offshore sailing.

21 - NOTES
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes to the Sailing Instructions. Any changes will be announced through press releases posted in the appropriate bulletin board at the Naval League.

22 - RIGHTS AND TELEVISION CAMERAS
Competitors, owners and their guests give full right and permission to the Organizing Committee to publish and / or transmitted by any means, any photograph or film people and boats during the event, including commercials and anything that can be used for their own purposes or for editorial or advertising information.
